How to participate
Submit your product information
Manufacturers submit a brief presentation of their medical device, including technical details and market positioning, to the EMDDA office for preliminary review.
Internal evaluation
The proposal is reviewed and shared with EMDDA members to assess its relevance within their respective markets.
Scheduled presentation
Selected manufacturers are invited to present their products during dedicated meeting sessions, either in person or online.
Independent follow-up
Following the meeting, manufacturers and distributors continue discussions and negotiate distribution agreements independently.
